the staff was attentive especially jehad at reception she showed kindness and patience the hotel maintained cleanliness and had a pleasant smell the pool area remained super clean and tidy and the room was spacious and comfortable i found all these aspects worked well for me i really have no complaints the breakfast service also stood out to me. it was so convenient. i found all the necessary things were available to me. the breakfast selection was good
there was some street work happening right outside of the hotel. the noise was loud in the morning. parking was not easy and available every time i needed it. it was inconvenient at times

The breakfast buffet impressed me. The staff were friendly. amjad's bright smile and genuine concern stood out. the valets also efficiently arranged taxis for daily trips, which simplified our excursions.

the reception staff was polite and helpful particularly the receptionist. i appreciated the well-equipped room it even included a weighing scale. there was a nesto hypermarket nearby this was convenient.
